The sequel to Trauma Center: Second Opinion invites you and a friend back into the operating room to experience more of the trademark drama and tension of the Trauma Center series and introduces a brand-new cast, storyline and set of gameplay features.

Playing as either Markus Vaughn or Valerie Blaylock, you’ll become the star of your own hospital drama that takes you from your work in a remote Alaskan hospital and end up unwittingly involved in a conspiracy with deadly implications. Whoever you choose to play as, you needn’t go it alone. For the first time in the series, Trauma Center: New Blood lets you experience the drama inside and outside the operating room with a friend. The two of you can work side-by-side as you race against the clock to save lives.

Whether you’re operating with somebody or on your own, the motion-sensing capabilities of Wii put the surgical tools in your hands as you slice and stitch your way through procedures by moving the Wii Remote and Nunchuk as if they were everything from a simple scalpel to a set of defibrillator pads.

As your patient’s vitals drop and the pressure increases, you’ll need to keep your hand steady and your head clear. One wrong move could see the patient in your care flat-lining and spell the end for your medical career.
